charming stay

the location was convenient inside the city walls it made exploring easy. the staff were friendly and helpful they gave us useful information about local attractions. i found the hotel to be very clean and modern. i really loved my stay here it was nice.

i booked a beautiful king room and found it smaller than expected. the bathroom had a shower over the bath with an aging rubber seal along the glass door. while showering, the glass kept falling inward, hitting my elbow it was quite inconvenient.

The valet service was excellent. They promptly took my car. The staff was very cute. I dined in the Wig and Gown. The Tomahawk steak there was superb. The bar had craft beer including Barking Bishop. We loved the cocktails. but the service was perfect!

During a ten night trip, this hotel had friendly staff. Hannah was helpful. Kaysi and Emma were appreciated. The hotel offered great service, a great room, and a great location.

I returned to my room at 11:35 pm and it was cold. There was no thermostat in the room. The phone did not work and the radiator failed to turn on.
