we got a beautiful suite , quite a surprise after a long day. the staff were helpful, and the hotel looked well maintained and nicely decorated. breakfast was delicious with many options.
i found the bathroom was a wet room , because of a disabled toilet and it was inconvenient , since the entire floor got wet after showering.

i ate in the hotel dining room two evenings , it has a very good menu. the food was cooked perfectly and service was marvelous , even when busy. breakfast included freshly cooked items , cereals , fruit , yoghurts , and juices.

the hotel was nicely decorated , especially for christmas, it was great care went into it. a dedicated area for children's santa visits was available , even though it rained. i noticed nice touches around the hotel , they lifted our spirits.

the room provided a good space and cleanliness was good.
The noise at night proved very disruptive to sleep. Music from the bar continued late, and the thin walls offer minimal soundproofing, a real problem for early sleepers.

The large room featured fine views. it included new furniture and super clean facilities. the breakfast offered top quality food. the bar provided tasty food. The location is a short walk to the beach.

the hotel provides convenient access to local attractions. the beach is only five minutes away on foot. ballina and killala are also nearby. the surroundings promote peace and quiet.

The family room had a separate section with bunk beds, this accommodated the kids well. i appreciated the snooker room. It offered a nice alternative when the weather was not ideal.
the bathroom was a bit small in contrast to the spacious room.
