solid hotel experience
room upgrade sunday night amazing breakfast respectful staff
i had a superior waterfront room adult only. The ladies at reception did give us an upgrade complimentary. i spent a Sunday night with my husband. Breakfast was ordered to the room, it was amazing, and staff did deliver it with courtesy.
the pool floor felt slippy to us all. i am unsure why.

the hotel is in a fantastic location. The hotel does face onto the river. i got a wonderful room. the surrounding is very beautiful and relaxing. staff were helpful.

Wonderful Stay
irish selection friendly staff high standards
The breakfast offered a good full Irish selection alongside cheeses and fruits. Fruit salads, cereals, and yogurts were also available. The experience included high standards that added to the enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to and they went over and above.
I found a slight negative fact. The room felt cold upon arrival, and it took a while to heat up.

The breakfast buffet included a full Irish breakfast option alongside a variety of cheeses. Guests could also choose from fruits, fruit salads, cereals, and yogurts. It was well-stocked. The restaurant had gorgeous bar and restaurant areas with fab choice of food.

The room had tea, coffee, and water replenished daily. The bathroom had a bathtub and a shower. I found this practical. The room was spacious and very comfortable, I was happy with it.

The hotel overlooked the lake and had a lovely garden. There was a beautiful location near a lovely garden. I could easily visit local attractions. The position was advantageous.

The staff were amazing, friendly and hospitable. Staff were really good too ensure guests had a happy and enjoyable stay. Reception staff was friendly and very helpful on where to visit locally.
