Calm and attentive stay

The reception welcome was lovely with refreshments available at check-in. My room had lake views. The staff were friendly and positive, it made a big impression. The hotel brought a congratulatory cupcake for my wife at the end of dinner it was a nice touch.

I noticed some dirty plants from another room outside my door for several hours.

The concierge service proved very efficient. The thermal suite offered a relaxing experience. I found a hot cider and cupcakes upon arrival. I appreciated the convenience of the concierge service. It provided rides to and from town. The hotel bed was comfortable. It reminded me of a cloud.

Breakfast featured a wide array of food choices, and the sausages were perfect, a highlight of the meal. The menu provided adequate choices. The hotel staff took pride in preparing amazing cocktails, with the signature 'Liberation' being a must for whiskey lovers.

I stayed for six nights. the view of killarney national park from the balcony was very nice. I could have looked at the lake and mountains for much longer. the staff was very friendly. julio at the front desk offered mocktails at the restaurant for my anniversary. I didn't drink the prosecco usually offered.

the hotel was understaffed! there was no dedicated bartender. service delays occurred with food and drinks.
