solid stay with friendly service

the breakfast was very good. i had a newly refurbished double room and it was clean. the pool facilities were excellent. staff were so friendly and helpful, i am looking forward to returning.
our room had coffee and tea, but only one biscuit was provided, though two of us were staying in the room. this was not rectified for the second night.

The hotel had excellent pool facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was very good. The leisure centre was fine and offered everything I needed.
I found no public toilets. I had to walk to a bedroom to use the facilities.

The noise from the neighboring rooms was unbearable. One room left its TV at full volume. I complained to reception, and it was sorted. Perhaps the hotel should remind guests to respect others.

the staff were friendly and cute. katrina, from the cleaning staff, helped us a lot and made sure we had what we needed. the attentiveness across departments created a relaxing atmosphere for our family.
the lasagne portion at the bar was quite small and arrived very quickly after ordering.
