fantastic getaway

friendly stafftop classcustomer service
i had a fantastic stay! the staff were super friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. i also treated myself to some treatments in the v spa and the therapists were top class.
The food was a bit average. I asked for a guinness 0.0, but the bartender poured it from a can. he said it's quicker than using the pump, which i thought was poor customer service

The breakfast was not a highlight. the toaster seemed faulty. It took several passes to get bread even slightly toasted. bacon tasted unpleasant and the fresh fruit was not good either. also, i was looking forward to using the thermal suite, but one of the foot baths was broken.
