I had such a wonderful time here! our beautiful room featured a very beautiful four poster bed. I adored it. the food was delicious and spa treatments were also stellar. the check-in process was friendly and very efficient.

The pillows in my room were a tad too soft for my personal preference. This is minor.

the front of house staff created a very friendly check in. staff members were quietly very helpful when my husband became ill. staff demonstrated attentiveness and warmth throughout my stay. they are amazing.

the breakfast service felt disorganized one morning. i arrived at the dining area at the designated time. A member of staff looked at his watch and said the kitchen WAS closed. This was unexpected and inconvenient. some toiletries in the room seemed cheap. the products felt sticky on the skin, and the quality did not match the hotel's overall standard.
