the hotel gave us a room upgrade to a sea view room. waking up to the water view each morning began the day perfectly. the staff were all cute and friendly. they clearly cared about.
the bar food didn't meet my expectations. i thought it was quite expensive. i believe it did not reflect the quality.

flat beerunannounced entry
The service was slow. I had to wait for ages to get someone to take my order. Then, my drink was flat (honestly, you could tell just by looking at it). I asked for a replacement at the bar, and the manager actually asked if I had tasted it first (like it wasn't obvious). Plus, a cleaner just walked in while I was still in bed (yes, naked!) claiming she was delivering drinks and not even bothering to check if the room was occupied. A romantic getaway it was not (more like a comedy of errors).

acceptable stay with disappointing aspects

convenient locationdifficult showeruncomfortable bed
the location suited my needs for proximity to the beach.
the shower was difficult to operate and regulate water flow it felt dated. the bath's height posed a safety concern as it was too high to step into comfortably. i also found the bed to be quite uncomfortable hindering a restful night.

Adequate Hotel Stay

sea viewroom amenitiesleisure centredifficult showerhigh bathexpensive bar food
I had a great view from my room, overlooking the sea. i watched the sunrise from my bed! the room had everything i needed. Robes, slippers and tea and coffee making facilities. the leisure center was also really good, i enjoyed the pool, steam room and sauna.
the shower was not easy to use and the water flow was off. the bath was also very high. i think it would be difficult for elderly people to get into. the bar food was expensive.

A Mixed Experience

leisure facilitiesturf fireslow serviceovercooked steak
The hotel offers easy access to the beach. The leisure facilities are super clean and new. Live music at night was available. The lobby featured a turf fire. It was a nice touch.
Service was slow. I waited ten minutes to call a waitress for drinks. My steak was overcooked and bland. The waiter did not check if the food was alright after serving.
