helpful receptionist nice owner attentive staff

The receptionists helped me with queries i had! the owner greeted me. He was a nice man. staff were attentive to needs i had. i thought fernando was an absolute pleasure. He had a smile on his face.

The changing rooms smell. They try to cover up damp, and showers lack hot water. lockers also lack keys. the pool felt small. It felt cold.

I found the staff friendly and helpful . The room was spacious and well-decorated with great attention to detail. I liked the security measures in the pool area. It requires staff to unlock it. The spa provided a calming experience. I appreciated the attentive service.

The lift made some noise during operation and it was occasionally audible from my room.

The food was delicious. Every meal was really good and beautifully presented. The bar offered a wide variety of drinks and snacks, with friendly staff providing prompt service. Breakfast included fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

nice spa security measure owner greeting unavailable aperol spritz limited coffee access limited residents bar

the spa was a nice experience. the pool area had security measures in place. the owner greeted guests, it was a nice touch.

the aperol spritz wasnt available in the bar despite ads being displayed. i wasnt able to get a coffee until after 11am because the bar was closed. residents bar had limited hours, it opened after 12pm.
