Inconsistent Quality, Needs Improvement

faulty heating system unclean toilets

The room's heating system was faulty. It wouldn't turn off. This. There was no phone in the room to contact reception and only one staff member was available at night. The toilets in the public areas were not cleaned for three days, which I found unacceptable.

The check-in process was slow. My room wasn't ready upon arrival. I later discovered the air conditioning in my suite wasn't working. Instead, there were two old electric heaters. Honestly, this says IT ALL. The room was nice but cool. Luckily, there was a thick blanket.

good size comfy beds lovely staff dog friendly

The twin bedded room had very good size beds. beds were really big and so comfy! i found the staff lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. the hotel is dog-friendly so i might bring my dog next time.

The location near the beach was acceptable. A short walk was all it took to get there.
