friendly staff own restaurant convenient pub unavailable gin extra charge slow service

The staff was friendly. The hotel had its own restaurant and pub. This was quite convenient. The location is within walking distance to many things.

When I asked for a particular type of gin, they did not have it. I was not informed of this fact. I had to ask for more sauce. I was charged extra for it. The service was slow.
