The hotel provided a ground floor room with a patio. This was a GREAT addition. The leisure center offered a lovely warm pool that was clean. Shops were within walking distance to the village and a visit to the castle was worthwhile.
The restaurant food quality seemed average. Processed meats were obvious.

we held our wedding at this venue in may 2024. the staff and management provided an really good level of service, exceeding any other hotel experiences. our wedding coordinator, dee smyth, ensured our day was perfect, managing every detail with care.. our guests were very well looked after, enjoying an amazing drinks reception and delicious food.
the room was very warm and there was no air conditioning. this meant windows had to remain open, potentially affecting sleep quality.
