the staff was very cute and helpful. our superior family room was spacious and quiet. we dined in on saturday night, i found the food to be very good! breakfast was great with lovely warm plates, i thought that was a nice touch.

the car park was sloping, i found that to be a bit challenging.

the room felt a bit stuffy. there wasn't any air conditioning so trying to sleep was difficult i even found a few spiders in the corners. the shower handrail came loose and nearly caused an accident. it seems maintenance isn't a priority

The staff was amazingly friendly. the restaurant attached was good! i enjoyed a great view of slieve guillion from our window. i also loved how clean and spacious the superior double room was. It really enhanced my stay!

the lady at reception was very friendly.

the kettle in my room was full of limescale. it was off-putting and made me not want to use it. the curtains also did not close properly as the curtain pole was too big, so i could not block out the light at night.
