The staff were attentive to requests, and I felt secure.

Check-in was REALLY slow, and the room furniture looked pretty worn. The hot water situation in the bathroom was a PROBLEM. It barely got warm enough for a quick shower. I think they need to fix these issues asap.

the breakfast buffet had many good food choices. the staff was excellent and friendly. the room was a lovely western size, which i appreciated.

i was disappointed with the wait times for reception. i had to wait 20 minutes to be helped on two occasions. this felt more like shopping at a supermarket, not a 5 star hotel. the hotel decor looked dated. the lighting in the room was poor as well.

The hotel offers a convenient shuttle boat service to the Icon Siam shopping mall. Morning restaurant staff are attentive. I found Kornkanok greeted me with a smile and remembered my preferences. There are two swimming pools available . The hotel also features a gym.

The river view from the room was amazing. i appreciated the complimentary shuttle boat service, it offered convenient access to the icon siam. but the free ferry trip allowed easy exploration of the riverside attractions and shopping destinations nearby. the breakfast buffet had plentiful with a huge variety of international foods
