balanced stay overall

speedy taxi call quality bed smaller room faulty tv
staff at reception were professional (i liked the speedy taxi call). the breakfast included was lovely. i especially enjoyed the quality bed.
the tv was not working when i arrived and it took a while to fix. the room i eventually got was smaller than the first one. (i thought the first room was the best).

lovely stay near the airport

king room great comfort on-site pub
i stayed in an executive king room and found it spacious. the bed provided great comfort (i slept so well!). the on-site pub was cute.
the tv in the room had limited channels, i expected a smart tv.

The executive king room featured plenty of space. the en-suite included soap, body moisturiser, and a shower cap. Other items were available upon request. the comfortable bed helped to guarantee restful sleep for multiple nights.

non-functioning tv inconsistent room service
The tv did not function in any of the three rooms i was initially assigned. a technician spent considerable time trying to resolve a dish problem. furthermore, the room service was inconsistent. Some days the pancakes were too flowery and other days they were good. the bacon seemed to have been left out for an extended period.

Average stay with some shortcomings

poor sound insulation ill-fitting doors
The dining services were acceptable. I had no issues there.
The room doors did not shut properly, and the sound insulation was poor. Noise from outside and other guests was easily audible (this impacted my sleep quality). The hotel charges prices that do not match what it offers.

mixed experience due to some issues

slow hot water musty odor
the breakfast met my expectations as it offered a satisfactory start to the day.
The hot water took an unacceptable amount of time to heat up. Five minutes is far too long. initially, the water pressure was adequate, but it gradually diminished to a mere trickle, rendering the shower less effective. additionally, the hallways exhibited a distinct mildew or musty odor, a significant detraction from the overall ambiance.

musty smell long time
the breakfast was acceptable it provided sufficient options to start the day.
the hallways emitted a noticeable musty smell i found this quite unpleasant the hot water took an unreasonably long time to heat up it wasted both time and water i expect a higher standard of maintenance in these areas
