I found the hotel location to be very convenient. The staff were cute and helpful. The room was quiet, despite being in the city center. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The parking arrangements were a little unclear.

The rooftop bar offered a fantastic view, I saw the Cathedral from there.

The room I had showed wear. Black moldy stains COVERED the shower. The toilet seat looked worn too, which I thought was pretty gross. The material quality seemed cheap, things were already falling apart, A REAL disappointment for a supposed 4-star spot.

The staff were always available and helpful. They quickly addressed any questions i had. i found the breakfast buffet selection quite extensive. it included both hot and cold options. the rooftop terrace offers fantastic city views. I enjoyed having a drink there in the evening. the location allowed easy access to shops and restaurants.

The gym was rather small. It only had a limited selection of equipment.
