i was disappointed by the room service , the food arrived cold after a very long wait. i found the staff unresponsive when i tried to address this issue , it seemed they lacked proper training or were overwhelmed. this lack of attention detracted from the overall experience i expected at this level of hotel.

the guest relations officer carlota and front desk manager alexandre greeted us warmly with drinks and canapés. carlota sent special gifts to our room, how lovely! the entire staff was friendly and helpful, and. the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was delicious!!!

i informed the hotel of my arrival time, but the room wasn't ready until much later. this delay impacted my spa time, and i couldn't fit in all the treatments i had planned. this was disappointing!!!

Really good Stay!

This hotel provided an really good experience. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, really exceeding expectations. Our room was large and decorated with a contemporary style plus a modern touch. The spacious terrace gave us a fine view of the landscaped gardens. Breakfast included delicious open-air options accompanied by warm smiles from the waiters.

The WiFi signal was sometimes a bit weak in certain areas of our room, slightly inconvenient for streaming videos.

Our junior suite included a well-stocked minibar and twice-daily housekeeping service. The bathroom features two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Toiletries were from a luxury brand. We enjoyed the spacious seating area with comfortable furniture.

i am grateful for my stay. the front desk manager, alexandre, welcomed us warmly. carlota, the guest relations officer, made our arrival special. she also sent lovely gifts to our room. the entire team was very helpful and friendly. the hotel is beautiful. the junior suite was also beautiful and clean.

the hotel is near nothing so taxi fares become costly. it costs fifty euros for a round trip. the hotel food is expensive.
