free shuttle wide variety
the hotel offered a free shuttle. this saved money on taxis. the breakfast selection included a wide variety and was fresh.
the hotel did not offer help with bags at check in. there was also no waiter service available at the pool.

inadequate air conditioning limited choice
the air conditioning was INEFFECTIVE. the room temperature was too high, It made sleeping difficult. i ALSO found the vegetarian food options limited. the chef needs to CONSIDER more diverse dishes for vegetarians.

Immaculate Rooms and Attentive Service
spacious room wonderful pillows great food
The rooms were clean and spacious, with wonderful pillows. The cleaning happened daily. I spotted Ronaldo by the lovely pool area. The restaurant food was great. They accommodated our special seafood paella order very well.
