The gym featured good equipment. I saw treadmills and stationary bikes. Breakfast had many options. There was fresh fruit and pastries!

The pool music was a little loud at times.

fantastic stay

warm welcome breakfast buffet loud music short staffing

I received a lovely warm welcome upon arrival! i got a choice of welcome drinks and a very smooth check in process while seated in the beautiful indoor and outdoor style foyer. the breakfast buffet was superb. It had every food type you could want. ordered hot food from the menu is certainly preferable to food kept on hot plates under, so that's a really great touch by this hotel.

the whole hotel is noisy!!! the corridors and rooms have hard tiled floors, so you can hear everyone clomping around. they have djs at the hotel, and the music is loud! it's not the sort of music you want to be relaxing to. it was difficult to get a drink around the pool, as there aren't enough staff. i had to find someone to come and take my order.

the staff were friendly, especially the manager sergio. the guest relations team, yana and natàlia, provided really good customer service and helpfulness. i felt really welcome and well taken care of .

Lovely Stay!

refreshing drinks seamless check-in awesome service

I just spent four awesome nights! The welcome drinks were so refreshing. The check-in was seamless while I relaxed in the cool foyer. Yana and Natàlia from guest relations provided service that blew my mind. They really know how to.

The music around the pool sometimes felt a little bit loud.

The spa offered great facials and massages that seriously rejuvenated me. I really enjoyed the gym and its equipment every single day. The pool area features really cool beach club vibes, and a live saxophonist created such a fantastic atmosphere.

The rooms offered a pool and sea view which was amazing. My room was modern and very super clean, and that's what I appreciate. I found the airy feel very relaxing. The hotel always smelled divine which was a nice detail.

Breakfast was a total highlight with food options galore. Hot food ordered from the menu tasted amazing. The pool team did a great job, especially Ana who always had a smile. The staff all around are friendly.

expensive wine italian restaurant

The italian restaurant lacked authenticity considering we were in spain, and the food did not justify the high prices. wine started at approximately 85 euros which i found excessive. breakfast was acceptable. but i preferred taking a taxi into town for better value and quality. There are far better options close by. this was quite disappointing, i expected more.

i found the hotel very clean and well-kept, especially our room. the pool area was inviting with plenty of space to relax by the water. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, i really enjoyed starting my mornings there.
