loud musicrooftop overcrowding
the hotels rooftop bar got too crowded. music was excessively loud there. it made sleep difficult and i find that very irritating. it would be ideal if they considered the volume or maybe shut the bar a bit earlier. i was staying in a room called a beautiful room.

stylish gem with perfect service
room upgradebeautiful suitereally good breakfast
the reception staff offered a room upgrade upon arrival it was a junior suite and quite beautiful the room was spacious and well-appointed the breakfast service was really good with louis creating a cute atmosphere. i found the service very professional and attentive each time i entered or left the building i always felt welcomed.
there was slight noise from adjacent rooms this did impact the otherwise perfect ambiance.

the breakfast had fresh fruit pastries and croissants the menu provided excellent variety like a nice restaurant the tables were spaced apart creating a comfortable setting the flat white coffee was well-prepared.

the hotel is in a central location providing easy access to major attractions the real alcazar is a short walk away and offers historical insights many good restaurants can be found along the way adding culinary convenience.

the room decor features a great rain shower and fluffy towels contributing to comfort the room was spotlessly clean and well-kept and the turndown service included closing curtains and leaving treats.

The helpful staff booked restaurants and taxis. Breakfast offered delicious choices, a welcome departure from a regular buffet! The room was large with sophisticated style and bespoke furniture. I found the artwork amazing.
I noticed that the lighting in the room could be improved. It was a bit too dim. This made it difficult to read comfortably in the evenings. More lighting options would be a great addition.

loud noiselimited breakfast
the room was smaller than expected the air conditioning was not working properly the noise from the street was quite loud it disrupted sleep the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space there were no complimentary water bottles upon arrival i also found the breakfast selection to be limited
