The room view was acceptable, I could see SOME of the city from my window.

The air conditioning barely worked. The room remained uncomfortably warm. I tried adjusting the temperature. I asked for assistance, BUT no one came to fix it. This. I'm very frustrated.

The room offered a amazing view of the city, which I found very excellent. I also appreciated the modern decor and spacious layout of the room. The convenience of having a shopping mall nearby made accessing various restaurants and shops easy. I must say breakfast was a five star buffet indeed.

The location is somewhat distant from the city center, requiring a considerable walk to reach main attractions.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They greeted people, and were willing to help them with a smile. Front desk personnel assisted with parking. Staff checked me in two hours in advance which I really appreciated.

the location of the hotel was acceptable, near a shopping center.

unfortunately, my stay had issues with the air conditioning. it kept turning off with error messages and did not cool the room effectively. i reported it, a technician came twice, but the issue remained unresolved (it was not very pleasant given the outside temperature).

The room had amazing views from the 34th floor. The breakfast was marvellous (I especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice!). I found Carlos in the entrance area very helpful. I reminded me of it was a birthday present in itself.

The gym could be improved. Some machines are not great, and the space is tiny. I expected better from a higher-end hotel.

The hotel is close to a shopping center, easy to find places to dine. A bus stop was nearby and transport was simple. The room featured an amazing view, and the complimentary items were a lovely touch. I also enjoyed a complimentary voucher for two cocktails at the bar, it had an even better view.

Underwhelming Stay at High Price

The room had a fairly decent view of the surrounding area.

The air conditioning barely worked, a real problem considering the weather. It kept turning off so there was no respite from the heat. I informed the front desk, but nothing changed. Apparently, they are quite familiar with this ongoing issue and feign ignorance. Paying for a hotel that cannot provide climate control is a joke.
