helpful staff unique seating

the staff were friendly and helpful they gave me all necessary information. The hotel architecture captures the soul of the city and the lounging areas offer unique seating. I found the bed beyond comfortable. The breakfast also exceeded my expectations.

i woke up to loud drilling at 8 am one morning. I contacted reception but they could not resolve the issue. The drilling sounded like it came from the building next door.

stylish design super clean cleanliness helpful staff

The hotel is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. I found its location near the Setas very convenient. The staff members were polite, friendly, and helpful .

I noticed quite a few mosquitoes around the hotel. I was disturbed by a bright emergency light and excessive light in the room. The bed's comfort was lacking.

friendly staff comfortable mattresses

The staff was very friendly and helpful. my room was fully equipped with an apple tv. the mattresses were so comfortable. I slept really well.

I woke up at 8 am to loud drilling. i learned it came from the building next door. this lasted all morning. It was inexcusable.

the location was very good. walking to most attractions happened with ease. the staff gave solid recommendations for local tapas. the welcome drink seemed like a nice, personal touch.

the room had no real window. it faced an inside courtyard, not outside. the air felt stale, and the room light felt dim as a result.

stylish and well-located stay

yoga mat friendly staff super location

i found the location to be super. the staff were friendly, particularly at the front desk. it was easy to get a taxi from santa justa for only 7€! i also appreciated that the room had everything i needed and more, even a yoga mat.

the bathroom door was not closing properly, a bit inconvenient. also the shower drain drained slowly. the cleaning lady seemed rude when i asked for an extra towel! she questioned if we had more people in the room, made me uncomfortable.
