mixed experience with some letdowns

small room indifferent staff

The room i had was quite small, difficult to properly unpack. closet space was minimal. I basically lived out of my suitcase . additionally, the breakfast service could use some improvement. the staff seemed rather indifferent (particularly the breakfast staff), and i overheard some unprofessional comments being.

Really good Hotel Experience

easy access room upgrade quick assistance

The location allowed easy access to main attractions. I received a room upgrade, and it was wonderful. The staff were great. They provided quick assistance. The breakfast was enjoyable. It offered different options.

The air conditioner was dusty. Mold hung on the deflector, I think it's unsafe to use it in this condition. I saw it when I checked in, and I didn't want to use it .

small room insufficient storage

The breakfast was good (the pastries were particularly fresh).

My room was quite small. I barely had space to move around the bed. Storage was insufficient as well. I found it difficult to unpack my clothes. The closet was tiny, and there were few shelves available, a BIG inconvenience (should have packed lighter!).

The location is great, as it is close to main attractions.

Nice Stay at a Music-Themed Gem

quiet air conditioning daily cleaning adequate space

The hotel's music theme was good. The rooftop area offered a wonderful view. I also found the air conditioning very effective and quiet. The room was cleaned every day, which I appreciated. There was adequate space for clothes with drawers and hanging areas.

I noticed that there was only one bottle of water provided upon arrival. This was not replenished .
