The room had air-con, a mini bar, and safe. The hotel has a bar and a rooftop terrace though it lacks an evening restaurant. Complimentary drinks were available in the lounge area. This was a treat.

The room did not have facilities for making hot drinks. The room also lacks an iron for creased clothing. There is also no laundry service available on-site.

The location is excellent, near lively streets and amazing sights. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Alcazar and cathedral. Many decent bars and restaurants are just steps away.

the staff offered helpful restaurant recommendations. i found free tea and coffee available which i very much appreciated. the location provided easy access to local attractions. the roof terrace offered peaceful relaxation after a busy day of sightseeing.

the room was small and the facilities were disappointing. i noted no full-length mirror anywhere to sit when drying my hair. the buffet breakfast was limited with poor service i noticed.

I appreciated the friendly staff. They offered restaurant suggestions and directions. The location allowed easy access to main attractions. This was a big plus. The building featured excellent internal architecture.

The breakfast was not quite what I expected, it was a bit too simple.

i must say, my room seemed to be located right above the kitchen (or some equally noisy area). i could hear clanging and banging early in the morning. the lack of soundproofing made sleeping in difficult. also, the breakfast buffet felt a bit underwhelming. the selection was limited, and the pastries seemed stale. (i expected more for the price!).
