the staff greeted us warmly and were very helpful. they thoroughly answered all our questions when we arrived. the hotel has a superb location near many bars restaurants and shops. the location made it easy to explore the area.

i found the air conditioning difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature.

the location was central to many restaurants and shops. the room had a decent-sized safe, big enough for my ipad. staff at reception greeted me with cava at check-in it was a nice personal touch.

the soundproofing was very poor in my room. i could hear noise from people inside and outside the building. the wardrobe was tiny it did not provide enough space for clothes.

The room i had was a beautiful twin room view. the room had a juliet balcony. It overlooked the square itself. the hotel provided a decent size safe, it easily fit my ipad.

the air conditioning was a little difficult to control. 18 degrees was too cold, but 20 degrees was too hot.

The room I had was not soundproofed adequately. I could clearly hear noise from both the street and the hallway, difficult to sleep soundly. I wasn't offered a different room, disappointing. some fixtures in the bathroom did not function properly (I'm talking about the lamp, the toilet and the shower).
