mixed feelings about the stay
poor food unhappy staff
the food quality was below my expectations. I found only limited choices in the hot counter area. Breakfast was crowded and there was only one toaster available for hundreds of guests. the staff seemed unhappy maybe because they know the food is not up to standard

The room was spacious, and I had a lovely view of the sea. Breakfast was included, and it had MANY options! The staff was ALWAYS friendly and helpful.
The pool area was often crowded, and it was difficult to find a sunbed! I had to pay a deposit for a towel and an EXTRA charge every time I wanted to exchange it. THE room felt a bit dated. Some upgrades would be appreciated.

superb stay!
super clean hotel good food comfy sunbeds
i loved how super clean the hotel was, both inside and out, even the public spaces were well kept! the food was really good (i especially enjoyed the breakfast!), and it was presented beautifully. i found the sunbeds to be very comfy, made relaxing by the pool even better.
the air conditioning wasn't working very well in my room, so i had to keep the balcony door open. this meant i woke up early every day because of noise from outside. it was a bit of a nuisance but didn't ruin my stay.

my room was very clean, and it was kept in good condition throughout my stay, really nice. the room felt a bit dated, but it was still comfortable and spacious enough for me.

The hotel has a spa. I found it to be a nice bonus, and it added an extra level of relaxation to my holiday. i used the outdoor pool. It had lots of sunbeds, so finding a spot to relax was easy. the pool area had doors locked till 9 am.

All the staff i encountered were friendly and helpful. they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests i had.

there was plenty of choice in the dining room, and i always found something i liked. the breakfast selection was vast and of high quality, with plenty of options to choose from (like the smoothies!).

fresh omelettes great location crowded pool area extra charge
The breakfast offered a HUGE variety. The freshly made omelettes were my favorite. The location is AMAZING!!! It is close to everything, right on the beach.
The pool area was always crowded. It was hard to find a sunbed. I had to pay a deposit for a towel. I was also charged EACH time I exchanged it for a clean one.

beach location comfy loungers breakfast variety
The hotel has a REALLY good location right next to the beach. The pool area included comfy loungers. I liked the variety of breads at breakfast.
The gym hours did not suit my personal schedule.

bad attitude poor food quality
The receptionist showed a bad attitude regarding towel payments I thought paying extra for towels safe and room service was excessive. The food quality was poor many main courses lacked labels. I was charged for a bottle of wine I did not order restaurant staff generally were unhelpful and miserable
