mediocre hotel food bad air conditioning
The staff were very helpful and cute. This.
The hotel food wasn't up to much, disappointing. The Italian restaurant was not very good because we had to preorder with a party of 10. The air conditioning did not work. The heat was horrendous.

Solid Stay Near the Beach
helpful staff lazy river
the buffet included great meals i found a fantastic location directly from the pool over a couple of cycle lanes to the beach the staff were friendly and helpful and always available when i needed them i liked the lazy river surrounding the pool area. the hotel location provided easy access to local restaurants and shops enhancing the overall experience.
the evening entertainment was quite loud and might not suit all guests the volume could be adjusted to better accommodate families i noticed some wear and tear in the room itself which could use some refreshing.

staff members were consistently friendly and helpful they quickly addressed my requests the reception was efficient i appreciated their responsiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction overall service was great.

the family room was spacious and very clean it offered ample space for luggage the air conditioning worked effectively the beds were comfortable i had a pleasant sleep each night there was also a tv and a modern bathroom.

the pool area featured a lazy river the snack bar offered various options during the day the hotel provided a gym with treadmills and weights i found the facilities well-kept and suitable for both adults and children.

excellent all-inclusive experience
helpful staff glorious view
luis at check-in was very helpful, great to upgrade to a suite. the suite was perfect for our family, with soft drinks restocked daily and thorough room cleaning. the balcony offered glorious views (i really loved them), and we enjoyed the hot tub every evening.
i found the lack of variety in the evening entertainment disappointing. the loud music went on far too late, especially for rooms overlooking the entertainment area. this made it difficult to relax in the evenings.

the hotel features a river pool, a splash park with slides, and a terrace above the pool bar. there are ample sunbeds with parasols available, and a grassy area facing the beach provides additional relaxation space. a games room exists in the basement with arcade games needing one euro coins.

the hotel is located directly at the beach with easy access, the beach is large and clean. the hotel is close to shops, services, and bus and taxi stops. this made exploring the surrounding area very convenient (it was nice to get around easily).

Our suite was spacious and clean, with soft drinks restocked daily. the bathroom included double sinks, and the balcony provided fine views. rooms included good showers and plenty of storage. the furnishings was somewhat dated.

the main restaurant offered a varied selection of foods, and the pool bar provided quick snacks and unlimited ice cream. we enjoyed a lovely meal in the italian restaurant, which has waiter service. the hotel has a rule of no swimwear in the restaurant.

adequate but underwhelming
dated room overcrowded pool
the food was acceptable with a decent selection at each meal.
The room was dated and not what i expect from a hotel of this supposed caliber. the bathroom was particularly disappointing with its old fixtures and low bath (i found it difficult to relax). the pool area seemed overcrowded. Securing a sunbed was a challenge despite many being available in the grassy area near the beach.

mixed experience
poor food quality depressing animation
The food wasn't great. there was little choice and the quality seemed low to me. even the olive oil bottles looked refilled with soy, i thought that was unacceptable. the entertainment was underwhelming and lacked enthusiasm. It felt quite depressing for a hotel claiming a five-star rating..
