I enjoyed the big veranda overlooking the pool. The bar was very close by. The room also had everything I could possibly need. Breakfast included most of the usual items, so I was happy.

The smell from the bathroom plugholes was awful. It was like this in 2024. I had to keep the bathroom door shut, it was that bad. I suggest this hotel fixes this issue because it was awful and did put me off returning here.

I adored how impeccably clean the room was. Everything sparkled! the bed was super comfortable. I melted right into it. the staff were so polite and helpful. the location was very nice. It was so easy to explore the city center from the hotel.

the pool area, though good, felt a tiny bit small for the number of guests, and sometimes finding a lounger took a little patience.

The rooms provided ample space for luggage storage, a feature i find increasingly rare. the lobby and bar area were cute for a relaxing drink after a long day. i also appreciated the roof terrace. It offered a perfect spot to enjoy the sun and some drinks.

the system experienced issues, and my loyalty benefits were not recognized initially. perhaps more proactive communication could improve this aspect.

I was happy with the powerful shower. It had a rainfall shower head. The air conditioning worked great in my bedroom. It was a nice size. I was delighted. Breakfast was a buffet, and I was happy with it. It had a wide selection.
