the breakfast had a huge variety of local food. i saw an extra door between my bedroom and the bathroom. the staff are friendly. the breakfast was very good.

the air-conditioning dont worked properly, it didn't cool well. the room was humid. the menu from bar was limited.

The staff was very helpful. i arrived late, but the lobby bar was still open. my kids enjoyed ice cream from the restaurant. The staff was so kind! the bartender arranged a bigger table. We all sat together while the kids were eating. i also ordered some pizzas there. It was great.

the hotel offers good proximity to the airport. the area is a large industrial estate, but petrol stations are nearby. driving to surrounding areas, like alicante, is easy from this location.

the staff were helpful when i requested extra towels.

My room smelled strongly of smoke, despite my request for a non-smoking room. the air conditioning was not effective. The room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. furthermore, the breakfast selection was limited, lacking fresh fruit and adequate vegetarian options.

I found the lack of hot water quite annoying. It was a real issue for a couple of mornings. also, the noise level wasn't what i'd hoped for. i expected better soundproofing and there were sounds of scooters late at night. the bed wasn't that comfortable either. It felt a bit short for me, hard to relax fully. it was a bit disappointing overall.
