excellent central stay!

i found the beds very comfortable. the bathroom included a towel warmer, a plus. robes and slippers were provided. the hotel staff were accommodating. i requested four extra pillows, and they were delivered to my room quickly.
the rooftop bar service was slow (it wasn't busy). i waited for 40 minutes. i left without service. it seemed there was a distinct impression that tourists were not very welcome.

the location was central. i could easily walk to various attractions. the room had blackout shutters, which i appreciated for restful sleep.. the breakfast included local delicacies, like horchata. the rooftop bar was definitely a bonus.
I found the gym rather shabby. it was difficult to have a proper workout. the cleaning staff created noise for hours in the afternoon. It was not easy to rest. i was charged €8.50 for water i requested to my room.

the minibar was not restocked daily, and i had to call several times to get it replenished. this was inconvenient. the rooftop terrace lacked sufficient shade during the day, the sun made it impossible to use without discomfort.
