The breakfast buffet offered plentiful options. the location allowed walking access to shops and restaurants. staff members assisted with requests efficiently. I found them very friendly.
The room temperature was hard to regulate. I found it overheated. there was no coffee machine. bathroom accessories were not available.

I found the staff friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the location is superb. It is close to the cathedral and other attractions. i appreciated the cleanliness. My room was super clean and well-kept.

Excellent Stay in Central Location
convenient location sound insulation diverse breakfast attentive staff
I found the location convenient, with easy access to main attractions and restaurants nearby. The sound insulation was Really good. I hardly heard any outside noise. The breakfast offered many choices, including gluten-free options. The staff members were also very attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
The parking was not directly at the building, but rather a short five-minute walk away.

plastic dispensers poor soundproofing
The staff was nice! The room was very good.
I really didn't like that the plastic soap dispensers in the shower did not work, even though they were full. The soundproofing was very poor in my room. I could hear the people in the room next door holding a conversation quite loudly.

mixed experience at this hotel
noisy air system uncomfortable beds
The room's climate control was problematic. If i turned on the air conditioning, it became excessively cold. turning it off resulted in stuffiness and a noisy centralized air system. i had to resort to opening the window and switching off the climate control.

The location was excellent for walking to various restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and happy to assist with my needs. The breakfast buffet presented a plentiful range of choices.
The room was excessively hot at 26 degrees. I informed reception and they mentioned turning off the heating yet the temperature remained constant three hours later. The plastic soap dispensers in the shower were full, however they failed to function correctly.

The location is great. it allows for easy access to many attractions. the breakfast WAS good. It provided several options.
the soundproofing was not good. i could hear noise from adjacent rooms. the bar seemed small. finding a seat proved difficult during peak hours.
