I found the bathroom quite cold. I learned it was a management decision to turn heating off at the beginning of March. I had to use a cold bathroom each day. There was also no heating in the breakfast room. I had to wear a jacket to stay warm. This is not what I expect!

The staff members I encountered were courteous. The hotel was clean. I also found the breakfast setup lovely with multiple garden blocks and palm trees.

The pool area had closure for a function one morning. I was not warned about this in advance. There was also a lack of readily available snack options and lunch options.

the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, and the location is a short walk to shops.

the air conditioning had a fault, resulting in two uncomfortable nights with poor sleep and the hotel only waived the parking fees.
