Acceptable but Disappointing Experience

extra charges intense chlorine

The room was clean and had a nice bathroom with a touch of glass.

The hotel charged extra to use the spa. They gave me a swimming cap, and charged 6 euros for it. The chlorine in the spa was too intense.

An AMAZING Hotel Experience!

friendly staff spacious room breakfast variety

I found the staff fantastic! They were so helpful and friendly. My room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety with fresh and delicious options.

The lack of coffee or tea facilities in my room was a minor inconvenience.

My room included a large comfortable bed and a seating area. The bathroom featured two sinks and a walk-in shower. The closet had plenty of space for luggage and clothing. It also included an electronic safe.

malfunctioning hairdryer slippery bath

the beds were comfortable.

the hairdryer in the room did not function. the bath was quite slippery. i almost fell due to this hazard.
