a good visit
friendly staff central location breakfast options
the staff was friendly on arrival. the location is central and near the harbour. the breakfast had nice kippers! i also liked the full english and vegetarian full english options.
the heating in the room was poor and inadequate. the lighting was badly designed too. there was no desk light for writing or making a drink.

even carrying cases to the room, their attentiveness and willingness to help. I found this very helpful. the whole team was hard-working.

really good breakfast clean room friendly staff stuffy room winter quilt limited menu
i found the breakfast really good. the room was really clean i was impressed. the staff were really friendly i appreciated that a lot.
the room was hot it felt stuffy to me. the winter quilt was too much i think. the evening menu lacked options i felt.

excellent stay!
quality furnishings comfortable bed attentive staff
the room included quality furnishings. the bed was very comfortable. staff were friendly. the ensuite shower room was well designed.
the evening menu had limited options. it had only burgers and macaroni cheese for vegetarians. we went elsewhere both evenings.
