limited closet space excessive noise

the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out.

My standard room was too small. Closet space and bathroom were both very limited. opening my suitcase and moving around the room at the same time was impossible. i was also bothered by noise from a nearby music venue until 3am. i wasn't warned about this before my stay.

friendly reception excellent spa

Gemma at reception was super friendly!!! She immediately. The pool and spa were also excellent. I enjoyed them a lot.

The steam room was not working, a little disappointing.

i stayed for a few nights the secure parking was very convenient. the buffet breakfast offered a great selection. the location is central and close to a tram stop.

the air conditioning unit in my room was not working optimally it was warm inside.
