amazing grounds nice views four poster average food pool charge rude staff

The grounds were amazing and had nice country views. I received a really nice room in the older part of the building. The room was large and had a four poster bed (it was a treat!).

The food was only average for the price. I had to pay extra each time I wanted to use the pool. A staff member at the gym was rude and laughed when I asked about the pool charges. This experience made me consider if I'll return.

The location was convenient for my travel plans. My room was spacious. I found the staff friendly and helpful (always a plus).

The dinner food was average. The pool access cost an extra fee each time, something i did not expect. The signage could be improved. I got lost a couple of times trying to find my way around.

the building had historical grandeur. I saw sheep grazing in the nearby parkland, it was quite peaceful. The grounds offer a good space for outdoor activities.

using the spa facilities had an additional charge. This wasn't clear when I booked. I also needed to ask for more toilet paper.

great outdoor nespresso machine tasty water

The location provided great outdoor space, IDEAL for dog walks. The room included complimentary nespresso machine with pods. I was really surprised by the tasty tap water.

ample parking pleasant staff reliable wifi wildlife grounds

I found ample parking available throughout my stay. The staff were always pleasant and provided quick assistance when needed. I was happy the complimentary WiFi worked reliably. The hotel grounds were full of wildlife.

The spa access required an additional fee, which wasn't ideal.
