gym equipment breakfast buffet late checkout option
The gym had a good selection of equipment. I saw three treadmills plus two stationary bikes available. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of hot and cold options. Late checkout was an option, which I found convenient for my travel schedule.
I was charged £7 for overnight parking. I found this inconvenient.

Solid stay for rugby weekend
good space efficient service
I needed a place for a rugby match and this hotel worked well! The room suited three adults with enough space and cleanliness. Staff arranged a taxi to Gloucester. The service was prompt and efficient.
The hotel lacked air conditioning on the second floor, and with a restricted window opening, my room seemed like a sauna. This.

fresh items friendly staff helpful housekeeping
The breakfast had constant replenishment of hot items. everything seemed fresh and well presented. there were options to suit everyone and the staff were friendly. I appreciated it. the housekeeping staff were also friendly and helpful.
the pool seemed nice, but it was very shallow.

helpful staff equipped gym clean room dated hotel no air conditioning unclear labeling
the staff was consistently helpful and polite . i appreciated the well-equipped gym with its wide variety of equipment. the cleanliness and comfort of the room met my expectations.
the hotel looked dated and in need of a revamp. there was no air conditioning. the absence of clear labeling on the breakfast buffet for gluten-free options was inconvenient.
