clean facilities comfortable beds excellent bathroom insincere receptionist empty soap faulty heater

The room was a good size, the beds were comfortable, and everything was nice and clean! The bathroom was excellent. I loved the toiletries. The staff were lovely, very helpful and polite.

The receptionist at check-out could not have been more insincere! It felt as if she was doing me a favor with every question I asked. the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, annoying.

quiet room perfect location limited menu poor pizza

the room was lovely and quiet. it also was comfortable. i found the location to the terminal great, it was perfect for an early check-in.

the hotel had no gas supply so there was a limited restaurant menu. a staff member told me that all of birmingham airport was impacted. i paid for a very poor pizza and drinks. later i learned she had misinformed me and that was what she had been told to tell clients.

amazing runway view from my room!

clean room great view great location great sleep

my king room was superb i had a great view of the runway. soundproofing worked well so i heard no noise at all. the location was great it was so close to departures! i slept wonderfully.

the restaurant menu was very limited which i found inconvenient
