The room was clean. It was spacious too. Breakfast had lots of choice. The food was GREAT. Every staff member were pretty good.

The temperature control mechanism in the room was not working. It was uncomfortably cold.

the parking was expensive. there were no tea bags in the room. i waited a long time at the bar to be served, but there was only one person working, so i didn't get served. i walked away and didn't bother having any food or a drink.

the hotel was clean and tidy. the restaurant food was very good quality with prices comparable to restaurants nearby. i appreciated the friendly and efficient reception staff who arranged an early wake-up call and taxi.

i found only one bath towel in my room, and it had a blood stain.

the hotel is near the bp pulse arena, ideal for attending events. the hotel offers easy access to concerts and other performances that i planned to attend. it provided quick travel to and from events.

The room felt airy! it had plenty of space for two. the queen size bed was super comfy. The bedding felt really good. breakfast was self service, it had everything i could want! the location couldn't be better. Resorts world is just a few minutes away.

The room lacked written instructions! the heater and cooling system had no instructions either. i couldn't figure out how to cool the room. only two towels were provided. One small and one bath towel! i thought this was odd since two people were supposed to be in the room.
