The staff was cute and helpful, always available when needed. Breakfast was very tasty and offered several choices. I appreciated that the rooms were ready early at 12pm upon request, very convenient for attending a wedding nearby. The location was perfect, very close to Colshaw Hall.
The room had a constant noise. It sounded like a washing machine on spin. It was quite disruptive.

The hotel provides ample parking space. This made arrival and departure easy. I also noted the availability of EV charging for electric vehicles adding to the convenience with such cars.

The service was commendable. The staff accommodated specific requests, such as setting up tables for group gatherings. A staff member, Karen, decorated the tables, and I appreciated the personal touch. They were very friendly and helpful

The room was clean and tastefully decorated. It included tea and coffee facilities as well as biscuits. The shower worked really well, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's rest.

The staff was friendly. The room included teas, coffees, and biscuits.
The bathroom seemed unclean. I noticed dirty marks on the carpet. the bed was not very comfortable. i believe a deep clean is necessary.
