Stylish stay in a central location

I found the staff very accommodating. They assisted with early luggage drop-off. The room included everything needed, EVEN a cocktail maker. The overnight stay was awesome. The design, color choices, and furniture felt both bespoke and considered.
I noticed the absence of dishcloths and cleaning supplies, since the room is not cleaned daily. I had to request clean sheets and rubbish removal, which took a few attempts to resolve. This.

The hotel sits in a prime area. A Tesco store is conveniently located across the street from the hotel. This made accessing essentials effortless (even late at night).

the location was acceptable (close to what i needed).
i booked a one bedroom suite. the room was just above street level and the noise at night was awful. for the price of £320 a night, the bathroom was small and basic. i expected a walk in shower, not an ugly bath and shower (i am annoyed).

The staff were friendly. The cafe served great food.
i arrived early, and there was no flexibility with check-in time at all, they didn't even try to help. the room wasn't tidy, and they don't offer daily cleaning, which i found frustrating
