a quiet escape by the water

i found the views from the hotel so beautiful i booked a superior lake view room with a balcony to enjoy the sunset. the location felt very peaceful with many birds to watch. the staff greeted us warmly and assisted with our bags making us feel very welcomed. the spa offered a massage and facial each reasonably priced.

i found the room was very hot, and the window didn't offer much opening, a slight inconvenience.

the restaurant offered wonderful flavors and beautifully presented dishes, and the food was consistently delicious. breakfast was included with the room. i especially loved the unique flavors in each dish.

the hotel's location provides fine views. the staff members were genuinely helpful. the food especially the steak and breakfast in the main restaurant were wonderful. i also enjoyed the lovely hot chocolate in my room (it was a nice touch!).

mixed feelings about THE stay

the view from the bedroom was acceptable.

The barman was really impolite. he treated everyone like an inconvenience, even flatly refused to respond to people. the afternoon tea was disappointing. It wasn't worth the money.
