Receptionists Charmaine was fantastic. She was helpful throughout my stay. Gemma upgraded my room. It included bath robes and a mini bar. I am thankful for both of them. Charmaine's bedroom decorating is immaculate.
The steam room was not hot enough. The shower water ran out on the floor. This happened through the shower door. The sink always blocked.

The hotel location is good. It is quiet. The hotel is near Ironbridge. It's also near surrounding countryside. This location allows for easy exploration of local attractions.

i found the service by the staff very good. the food was also very good. the bar was excellent as well, it provided many options. i did appreciate the overall experience at this hotel.
i think next time i would book a room with a fridge. this is because i need to store medical tablets at the right temperature.

i found the evening meal to be fantastic. the breakfast was also very good. the staff were helpful and friendly, and the service stood out. nadine the waitress was bright and attentive.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The food was great and the restaurant service was excellent. I also enjoyed the quiet pool. The sauna and steam room were a welcome addition.
The soft pillows in the room did not suit me. This is really a personal preference issue, though it did affect my sleep quality . I hope for firmer options next time.

the location features beautiful countryside. the staff seemed friendly and helpful to me. i enjoyed using the pool, sauna and steam room after my day. the dinner options was delicious, it was a good menu.
the hotel including the rooms need some love and care. the pillows were too soft for me.

the ladies showers smelled of urine, i did not like that. our room had a basic camp bed, this was not comfortable. the bathroom was tiny and cramped, i did not like it.
