staff reacted quickly when oj ran out so i could have my fill of juice with breakfast

the shower glass was way too small so the bathroom was soaked i mean really soaked after even a short shower it was quite annoying

great reception nice breakfast easy management swimming pool

i enjoyed my stay i must say. melissa at reception was great, she managed all our pre-booked rooms for my daughter's wedding with ease. breakfast was nice, and the servers were polite. the swimming pool and gym facilities worked really well, i spent some time there.

parking require payment now, which i didn't expect when i booked the stay. i was a bit disappointed about that.

the room had a large double bed with a bathroom including a tv. heating worked great . the bathroom comes stocked with a powerful hairdryer.

breakfast provides full english options in addition to continental choices. the staff present during breakfast helped a lot and kept stands full. it was very delicious, i was happily surprised.

dirty carpet unfresh towels

the staff at the restaurant were great and friendly.

I encountered issues with cleanliness. The carpet was not clean, and the towels and bedsheets did not smell fresh. behind the mattress, i noticed a significant amount of dust near the headboard. a more thorough cleaning of the bedroom is necessary.
