Really good hospitality and great location

warm welcomecomfortable bedconvenient sockets

James welcomed me warmly at reception. The restaurant offered the best lasagne. I enjoyed it . The hotel provided ample USB charging sockets, convenient, i also found a well appointed room with a very comfortable bed.

acceptable locationlong delay

the location was acceptable for my travel purpose.

the room service was a problem for me. i placed an order at 7 pm, but it didn't arrive until 9 pm. this long delay made it difficult to manage my schedule (i had meetings scheduled).

underwhelming experience

uncleaned roompoor communication

i stayed three nights. i was looking forward to trying the cocktails, and they were indeed good. however, our room was not cleaned at all, even with the tag on the door all day. the bins were overflowing.. we even ran out of hand soap for two days. it took several attempts and over two hours to get someone to address the issue, but the person sent couldn't speak english and seemed unaware of why they were there..
