hot breakfast great comfort temperature control

Breakfast offered many choices, including both continental and hot selections. The bed in the room provided excellent comfort. The pillows also felt great. I found the option to control the room temperature myself very useful..

The dinner options available via room service seemed somewhat limited to me.

stylish decor good room helpful staff

the hotel had a modern design with stylish decor. my room was good and well kept. i was particularly impressed by the friendly and helpful staff (they really went the extra mile).

the bathroom lacked coat hooks, a bit inconvenient.

the hotel is located close to the city centre. shops and cathedrals are within easy walking distance. this makes it very convenient for exploring (i easily reached all major attractions).

the reception area features a lounge. this area allows guests to relax and enjoy drinks. the gym contains useful equipment for workouts (i used it every day).

coffee variety comfortable bed attentive staff

the room was clean. it had tea and coffee. the bed was comfortable. the staff were great. Breakfast had a fantastic selection. the hotel has a high standard and feels luxurious.

the windows do not open AT ALL.
