Excellent Stay at Riverside Location

I appreciated the staff friendliness. They were very customer-focused. The countryside views from the hotel added to the experience. Spa facilities offered a great way to relax after a day of exploring. The location provided easy access to the town center via a short riverside walk.

The hotel interiors looked slightly aged.

the staff assisted me well, particularly with directions to nearby attractions. my room had a king bed. it had ample space. the bathroom included complimentary toiletries. this helped reduce what i needed to pack.

The gym was smaller than i anticipated. Some equipment seemed a bit dated. it would benefit from a refresh. more up-to-date machines would improve the experience.

overcooked batter non-functional wifi

the fish and chips, were not good really. the batter on the fish tasted like it had been cooked way too long. the chips were these weird little potato bits, also overcooked. i did tell someone about it, but they kinda ignored me and didn't even say sorry. also, the single bed i had was like sleeping on a trampoline because of the springs. and don't even get me started on the wifi i had cause it straight up didn't work in my room.

the venue had a excellent restaurant i did find. breakfast had a wide selection and tasted delicious to me. staffs were friendly and helpful to me. i enjoyed feeling well taken care of.

my room felt a little cold to me, and i had a uncomfortable sleep. cups in the room were not clean to me. the receptionist did not seem to care when i said about it.
