wonderful stay
warm welcome reception staff comfortable bed lovely toiletries
the warm welcome from the reception staff started our visit so well. our room had many amenities and felt spacious. the bed was supremely comfortable, and the bathroom included lovely toiletries. i liked how clean everything was, i really appreciate the attention to detail.
the check-in process felt a little slow, i think a bit more staffing during peak times would help. i felt the queue was longer than it needed to be.

the room had tea making equipment, a tv, and nice lighting. large, soft bath towels were provided. it overlooked a busy road, but the room was surprisingly quiet.

The hotel has a leisure club, i used it once. The staff at the pool seemed helpful. the reception area looks smart and new. the refurbished room looked great, it was very modern.

Excellent family stay
spacious room comfortable beds wonderful bathroom
I was impressed with the room size. It was spacious (perfect for the family). the beds were clean and very comfortable. the bathroom was wonderful. I liked the layout. the cookie on arrival was a lovely touch. My daughter thought this place was some form of magical place.
i found that the pool was small. the water was also very cloudy. it may have been from use throughout the day prior to our slot.

i noticed that the staff provides immediate assistance to guests. they brought water and ice cream for a child after he calmed down. the restaurant team also alerted reception, who checked on the guest.

This hotel features a spa with nice facilities that are free to use. breakfast offered good value for money. the bar area has a great atmosphere. It is an excellent space to spend some time.

mold on windows dirty curtains
The breakfast offered a wide range of options. It was acceptable.
The room windows had MOLD on them, I couldn't believe it!!! The curtains also hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It was really disappointing to see such poor maintenance in an otherwise nice hotel.

adequate stay but issues found
lack of heating rude reception member
the bedding was comfortable, that i can say. the hotel also has a leisure center.
The hotel did not turn on the heating at night, and it stayed off after 10 pm. when i spoke with the night reception, one member was quick to be rude to my partner, who only wanted to know why the heating was off. they gave us a tiny electric heater to use. It was insufficient. breakfast was not excellent either. I expected more from a hotel with hilton in the name.

decent facilities
decent size nice cookies dirty brass dirty panel
the room was a decent size. the breakfast offered nice cookies at check-in. it was a good touch.
the brass work on the doors looked very dirty. they definitely needed a good polish. also, the brass panel behind the button for the lift needed some attention.
