attentive staff quiet room large shower milk absence small room tatty skirting

The staff were helpful and attentive. My room faced the garden, it was quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was large. I also found on-site parking convenient.

The top-up stations lacked milk when I arrived. Other items were also low at the station. The room felt small. I noticed some areas needing attention, especially around the skirting boards.

lovely terrace coffee maker cooked breakfast

the breakfast included many options like a buffet-style continental breakfast and cooked-to-order full english meals. i really liked the barwith a lovely terrace (perfect. i also appreciated that extra tea, coffee, and biscuits were available on each floor. the coffee maker in my room was a big plus.

i noticed the top-up stations were not consistently stocked. milk was absent on both floors upon my arrival. several areas of the bathroom needed attention, including tatty skirting boards and uncleared cobwebs.

small room dairy allergy

the room i was allocated seemed smaller than advertised the corridor revealed that rooms varied considerably in size. i also found the lack of dairy-free milk alternatives in the mini-fridges problematic the milk issue extended to breakfast where i experienced an allergic reaction due to dairy being present in the hash browns despite my informing the kitchen of my allergy.

excellent stay near the gardens

excellent shower coffee machine extra biscuits

i found it convenient to visit the nearby gardens. the room included a nice shower, i thought. a coffee machine was available in the bedroom. extra coffee, tea, and biscuits were available on the landing.

The parking space markings were almost invisible. This was slightly inconvenient!

disrupted sleep missing information

the breakfast waitress was great. she was very helpful and attentive.

i was put at the top of the stairs. i heard noise morning and night. it really disrupted my sleep, and i found the hotel to be quite noisy. no one told me i could get milk and biscuits on the ground floor.
