This was my first visit and I really enjoyed my time. The room decor was unique (I loved the beer theme!). I enjoyed the record player in the room, although I did not use it much.
The minibar was full of items for purchase, leaving little room for personal items.

The staff members were attentive and happy to help with requests. Upon arrival, guests receive a complimentary beer and a personalized welcome card, a very nice and cute touch that enhances the guest experience.

The staff were GREAT. They provided a welcome drink at the bar. It was a NICE way to start my stay. The room was clean and thoughtfully equipped.
The air conditioning was AWFUL. It was loud and it made a knocking noise. The record player did not work properly. It was either too fast or too slow.

The room had a guitar available and a sweets station in the hall. I think every base was covered. There was even a record player in the room. Books and a jigsaw puzzle were available. The location was excellent. It was a couple of minutes walk to the Arndale centre and Metrolink stations.
A constant noise at nighttime was present. Maybe it came from all the fridges? I'd recommend taking your room key with you. If not you will be locked out. The response time to the Whatsapp requests for room service was slow.

Breakfast had amazing options. staff was really friendly, especially nina. She served me dinner, and she was so attentive. the water and sweet stations are a great touch. i also received a free chocolate bar in my room upon arrival. i was delighted by the daily contribution to food.
the room seemed a bit dusty. but it was a very slight issue.

The room included amenities such as a record player and several vinyls. I found this quite unique. there was also a complimentary selection of tea and coffee, including vegan alternatives. the staff showed great attention to detail, providing umbrellas given the wet weather.
The room was quite dark. I would have preferred stronger lighting in certain areas.

the room was awesome and had a guitar, record player, beer, spirits, snacks and so much more.
i was told dinner was included in the price, but it was a voucher of £30 off the total for two (i found that a bit disappointing). it really wasn't worth the money staying there. the hotel felt very overpriced.
